The staff was rude, especially the team leader ( an older lady who spoke to everyone like dirt) there wasn’t enough seats for all to sit and people was squashed into other tables. The food was disgusting, it was cold and only had bacon and sausage, no beans or tomatoes and ran out of scrambled egg for us, we asked for some toast or bakery goods and again was told they had ran out.
The coffee was nice and that’s all I can say that was good. We will not be returning to that lounge again.
