Cold welcome to lounge on arrival.

Staff were gossiping about customers to other customers in the lounge.
The staff were rude & had altications with several customers.
Staff unwilling to go that little bit extra.
We were advised that because of the holiday period the stocks were low and were awaiting deliveries.
