On arrival - our check in was quick, however everything from there went downhill. We had paid for this executive start to our big vacation, and how disappointed were we. Tables had't been cleared. There was particles of food everywhere and insufficient food out for new arriving guests.! When one of the staff members (who I later found out to be the duty manager) was asked whether they had any more bacon or bread rolls, it was almost as if it was too much like hard work. I was literally ignored.! After what seemed like a long wait, I stuck my head around the kitchen to see if anything was being actioned, and I was told that bacon would be out in 5 minutes,! It arrived 6 minutes later followed by the bread rolls. I had to wait to be served a beverage, having been seen waiting by two members of staff (including the duty manager), and still there was no urgency to attend the bar and serve a paying guest.! Surely do they not realise we're paying their wages.!!! Very disappointing start to a fabulous holiday. I will definitely not be paying the premium to visit this lounge again.
