Very nice lounge and food, but the staff were miserable and unhelpful, we had to go and look for a member of staff to get a drink twice, and ask for more sausages, only to be told there was plenty already out so I asked HER to show me, oh I'll have to get some more once she realised i was right, she obviously doesn't enjoy her work. It puts you off booking again, maybe I'll try one of the others next as I've never had a member of staff treat a customer with such poor service, not even a smile how hard is that even if you aren't happy in your job.
