We had a confirmation email of booking for 630 am and when presented to the reception entrance there was no record on his books of our booking. so we nearly did not get in !!
Also the place was short staffed and took 10 mins to get a bacon sandwich ?
This is the second bad experience with your lounges so wont be using again and wont be recommending to anyone we know.
