When we arrived there were no staff on the bar. The hot food was dried up remains and there was a bowl of dried up bacon which looked like it was leftover from breakfast (at 2pm)
There were no bread rolls.
Dirty plates and glasses weren’t cleared away.
Overall a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately we have already booked the lounge again for later in the year and hope it will be a more positive experience.
