I have already emailed your customer services and asked to speak to manager. I am waiting fir response. Took my husband for a treat . Only ever been to lounge at Heathrow never Bristol. So disappointed. Bread rolls so hard I think they had been frozen. So paid all that money for a hard bacon roll and coffee. Wine ect didn't interest us that time of morning. So really not happy. At 79 that was a lot of money to feel disappointed.
