Gatwick north closed for refurbishment, and executive lounges made very little effort to inform us of the fact.
1 email was sent 6 weeks ago telling us we needed to ring for a refund.
We completely missed the email (our fault), however they needed to make more effort in informing people they hadn’t refunded. The whole family traipsed to a building site to be met with an A4 sheet stapled to a piece of chipboard saying it was closed. The kids and wife were annoyed but I was fuming. I would not book with them again.
