I had pre-booked and when I arrived at the lounge my name was taken and I had to wait outside in the seating area at one of the gates for 45 mins before my name was called to enter the lounge.
Inside the lounge, there was very limited seating and the only seat available the mains power plug points were not working so I could not charge my phone or use my laptop.
A number of the power plug points were not working and the ones that were working everyone was trying to use them.
