Hi really not happy with the service in your newcastle lounge today went to get some cuttlery spoon to find two dirty spoons yes not one but two stuck together with dirt also the handle on the lids of the hot food scolding hot no protective material around the lid and nearly scolding my hand not worth the £20 paid dont think ill be back again you really need to look into things like this .
