Too crowded, too small and for the money I was dissapointed!
Won’t be recommending and sad I had treated my friend as I was slightly embarrassed!
Been to far better. All that space at Terminal 5 and a very small lounge doesn’t make sense, seems like it was an after thought?
Would like a refund to be honest!
