No toilets inside the lounge itself, poor selection of food, ok if you like curry I guess, soup was only luke warm. I wouldn't say the staff were friendly, nobody on the front desk but all congregated by the bar, I felt looked down on when I asked for a drink as if I was ruining their conversation.
Definitely not worth the £50 so wont be returning.
