A) on arrival we were told we could not get in till 13.55 Our flight is/was 16.55 it is a fact the gate closes 30minutes prior to take off then we have also to get to gate there is no way possible that your average stay time can be 3 hours from entry to flight departure when you take off the time to get to gste + ehen the gate closes prior to departure The lady on reception was not what you would call helpful more Regimental actually When i called the Aspire customer services i was told i should have been admitted at 13.00 then we would have left at 1600, we were then told it was because it was so busy, that being the case why take bookings
