The staff are excellent.
Service is very good and food is tasty.
There needs to be more staff on reception or an allocated trouble shooter to assist with customers who wish to pay on the day or have issues.
We had to wait almost 30 minutes with a pre paid reservation due to customer hold ups. This cut our time in the lounge by 50 percent therefore we became rushed. This was a special experience I wanted my friend to have as it was her first time in an Executive Lounge.
