The decor was lovely.
It was very busy in the lounge, lots of travelers, and it was clear that there was not enough staff to keep up. The tables were filled with dirty dishes, the food stations were empty and they were serving wine in beer glasses because they had run out of clean wine glasses. In the 2.5hrs that I was in the lounge, they collected dirty dishes once. They need more staff.
