There were two girls in the desk
Polite but we're more interested playing on there mobile phones it looked unprofessional
The breakfast was being kept topped up and everyone was complaining
There were also 4 people I know of that just walked in without being asked for any proof they had paid
Which for myself was unacceptable and unfair
Iv always used aspire but will certainly think twice when traveling through liverpool
A disgrace !
