This was the most awful experience I have ever had the embarrassment from the receptionist. Maybe a training from Manchester should be undertaken....
This was a birthday surprise for a friend 50th birthday that was ruined....
I will be sending a detailed email with this complaint .
I would never book this again and never recommend thus to anybody.
