After arrival, the transition with verification was not smooth. I was asked for various types of ID. I showed emails, however there was confusion. On entry, we found a seat and were surrounded by two boistrous groups who were very vocal. We had to move tables twice. After this on my partners first visit to the bar, a man vomited right in front of her next to the bar/ buffet just missing her. She returned to our table quite upset. I just managed to stop my wife leaving. We stayed after these groups left and managed to get a beverage with no further incident. This was the first time I have used Aspire and it was a special anniversary break and it was meant to be a surprise start. Unfortunately, it was a dismal start and my wife was upset which cast a cloud on our departure. I think there should be restrictions in groups and a tighter assurance if individuals are going over the top. I was lookng forward to this lounge but i will not return or recommend it.
