Just a quick note on our visit to Aspire Lounge Ter 2 Manchester.
We thought it would be a great start to our summer holiday by booking Aspire Lounge and how dissapointed we was.
We paid over £50 to sit on Incredibly uncomfortable seats.All the best seats was ribboned off for Singapore Airline passangers who incidentally never arrived whilst we was there.
The temperature was way to cold in the areas allocated,as was the food which was a little concerning as we arrived for opening at 4am which leaves us to think that this was not freshly cooked.
This clearly is not value for our money we feel as we have been miss sold and definitely no way should you advertise on your website with pictures of seats that cannot be used by certain customers.
