It was ok but this time I didn't think it was worth the money. The man on the main desk was a little abrupt but I think this was because they were short staffed. Food was ok but not kept stocked quickly enough for demand. And then we were all told the lounge was closing early because of staff shortages! I know these things can't be avoided but a price reduction should have been offered or a refund.
