Even though it was lunch time staff were very slow to replenish food,standing up waiting for dishes, and food available was very limited, 2 pasta dishes, soup, salad , and cake, we were ok with what was on offer but a lady with a young son asked it that`s all there was he ended up with a bowl of soup. We loved looking out at the planes , didn't think the Manchester one it was as good a the Birmingham one, there we had a menu we could also choose from. The lady on the desk when entering the lounge was very welcoming. we would use the lounge again to see if service and food was better.
