The seating outside the lounge was far more comfortable than that in the lounge.
The showers should have been free, again the facilities for free were better outside the lounge. And the big unshaded glass windows made seating uncomfortably hot and bright. There were also not enough seats in the designated areas for us to find a way to sit together
