My wife had paid £72 pounds for myself and my youngest child who is 5 to access the lounge before our holiday. I had been working all day and went straight to the airport and thought I could eat there before flying. Having checked the June menu online I was extremely disappointed to find only pesto and pasta available!!
We talked to the staff and they explained food does not come until Monday? No good to people revelling over the weekend. We left hungry and were not going to get to detonation until 1am. I requested a refund an explanation form swissports Darren Clarke and now he has not even replied to my emails? How do expect people to re book the lounge? I will give it a day or 2 before I let other people know not to use the aspire lounge.
