rude man on reception, long ques at bar as only one very rude barman but lounge not overly busy, all tables dirty and piled high with plates which we had to clear ourselves before sitting, hot food either stale or non existent, beer flat, wine cheap.
may i add ive used the lounge before with my family but only in the mornings, would not use at midday again. logged a complaint but no response as yet!!!
