the start was good check in went easily and the first visit to the bar was good, finding a seat was not to bad and was allowed 2 drinks, wi fi was not good i had to use my data roaming, food was very slow to be replenished but as the time went by i was told i cloud only have 1 drink per person and couldnt get 1 for my partner so i took mine back to the seat and went to get 1 for her the person said that she would do it this time but not after so where we were sat you could see the bar and the person behind could see us if they looked the next 2 people that went to the bar came away with 2 drinks each 1 passed us to go to there seats and the other was next to the bar so my partner went to the bar to get her self a drink a bit later and asked why i had been told only 1 drink then served the next 2 people 2 drinks the person behind the bar only refered to the couple in front saying she could see them but the other person was not visable to the bar as the lady walked passed us to get to there seat but not wanting to cause a fuss my partner walked away with 1 drink as she couldnt have 2 so again if the barmaid had bothered to look over she could have seen where we were sitting and there was actualy 2 people so i went to the bar for my own drink and asked for a double vodka and coke where i was told i can only have singles not a problem it just meant i had to go more often not that we had many more as we left over half an hour before we were due to. so our experience was not the best people were looking for seats quite often as it was quite full the food was not the best and the sweet selection was terrible only 1 cake and a few biscuits and scones i had to ask for the butter to be replenished but the flora never was the soup i never tried it looked awful like dish water, the warm pasta was stuck to the spoon no curry like it said on the website just pork rice and the plates are so small you cant get much on them, it wasnt realy worth the money as for the 1 drink so called policy for safe flight which were only half pint glasses or 330ml bottles, i am 56 my partner 63 and not fully mobile due to illness(which is why i booked us in to the lounge in the first place) i think we now how much we can drink, needless to say we wont be booking again in a hurry if ever
