1. Limited food options, not as advertised. Cold pasta, no scones or cakes, everything was in short supply, had to continually ask for refill.
2. Staff - rude and unhelpful. In particular one bar staff, I think he was French, he’s definitely in the wrong job. No personality or charm. Only nice member of staff was Lisa (I think), helpful and actually went out of her way to assist.
