Really delighted to find a table reserved for us as the lounge was really busy.
Because lounge was really busy service was slow, food kept running out and quality of what was served was rather poor.
Newcastle was definitely not of the same standard as Manchester so need to consider how standards can be improved. Layout is poor couldn’t find coffee, cakes or pastries that are promised on website.
