Varied drinks and snacks which were replenished regularly. However, the reception staff need further customer service training. Many complaints from customers arriving. My party had to wait for over 20 minutes to enter due to the not accepting:
Copy of email on phone
Could not scan barcodes on booking
Unable to use a printed copy (even though advice is to this effect)
The only way to enter was to forward my confirmation email to a random email address which I was given. 10 minutes later, we were finally allowed entry. Many unhappy customers being refused entry even though they held a "Priority Pass". Be aware.
