There was a total lack of EVERYTHING there was either food and no plates or plates and no food, large queues for a drink as only one person serving and shock a lack of glasses!!
There was tables full of rubbish with no one clearing up, not sure if there was a staff shortage this day or is this normal people on the next table to us did not get a drink or anything to eat despite being in the lounge for 45 mins
