Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However when we arrived there were no free tables (there was only 2 of us) which meant the waitress had to move a chair so we could sit together with another customer. It is quite frustrating when you have paid an entrance fee that you are unable to get a seat. I believe this was because there was an emirates flight which customers have access to the lounge however you should not allow people to book if there will be no room for them.
