After paying for 4 adults to the lounge we were hoping for a relaxed, comfortable and appetising experience. Unfortunately this was not the case. The only food that was available for us on the day were the chicken curry with rice, a bowl of lettuce and cous cous. As you imagine after paying almost £90 for the facility we were very disappointed, not only this we had to go elsewhere within the airport to buy food. Alongside this, we were expecting a selection of drinks as advertised on the menu. No lager, no wine at all, no vodka. When asking if they had any more we were told it had all gone. Bare in mind this was 1pm on a Friday afternoon. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of availability in the lounge but also the way the staff did not engage with us as customers or take pride in the lounge itself. There was obviously at some point soup available, as this was dripped and left dripping down the side of a counter. After contacting them regarding this issue I did not even receive an apology, I was informed it was not the case there were no issues at all..... Glad I took pictures.
