Where to start!
The wine glasses were stained with red wine. There was very little hot food available and then no plates to put it on. The doorway to the kitchen was covered in dirt/grease and was being touched by staff every time they entered the kitchen and then dirty plates were collected with these same hands and then also used to put out clean plates and glasses. I have visited the airport lounge at East Midlands airport and although a smaller facility t was by far superior. I will not be visiting this lounge again
