I thought the lounge was very well laid out, however there was no full fat coke, and it did take a while to be served at the bar. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Only point that let it down is that you had run out of ketchup and the food is left for quite some time under a hot light which cant be helped at times but should be changed a little more frequently as the bacon had started to grey.
