Hello, I am really sorry to have to score the lounge so low however this was due to your staff and food quality.
When we arrived a receptionist badly handled a complaining client. It became embarrassing as we were trying to check in. I don’t think the the complaint was handled properly.
I thought the food was cold and there was never enough out on display. You had to always keep asking if more was being brought out and as soon as it was it disappeared so again when I went up there was no bread for example.
Then my partner and I sat with some friends that we met in the airport and we were told to sit separately which we did. I had 1 drink then went shopping. I came back to over hear 2 members of staff (on duty at 2pm) with a customer discussing the other people I was sat with... I heard the word disgusting and disgraceful and when I asked what the problem was I was met with hostility straight away. You are only allowed 3 drinks and I said I’ve had two meaning the one if asked her for and she spat back but you are here again and looked at me like I was dirt on her shoe. I politely explained that this was my 2nd as I had been shopping and I may have one more. Well 3 is your limit she spat back until I said that I had 2 and I shall be back again but no where was there a 3 limit sign. She was rude to all the customers she served after then. She had dark hair and was in there till late afternoon.
