Some of the staff at BHX are very grumpy and miserable looking and the manageress seems to delight in declining access to card holders when they are busy. On the other hand there are a few members of staff who are completely the opposite always smiling and willing to help where they can. Food is Ok and of the standard you would expect for this kind of place. Good selection of drinks available plug points USB ports etc. all very useful
