Long wait to enter the lounge. Dishes of food empty or very low. Had to ask twice for pre paid champagne. Glasses for water were not available & had to be asked for. One staff member only, on bar/reception who was very pleasant, but had far too many customers to be able to give good service. Insufficient staff for volume of passengers. I won't use again.
