There was a very poor selection of food, half of which was removed part way through our visit to accommodate ‘Business flyers’ from the Middle East. What was left (a pasta dish) had been left sitting for some time and was very stodgy!
The female member of staff seemed very uninterested in being helpful, and I had to walk round looking for her a number of times to get service at the bar.
Further she referred to the ‘business flyers’ on numerous occasions and clearly inferred they we more important than us and had priority.
The female staff member (mature lady) made us feel really uncomfortable and as if we were a nuisance - her business flyers got the attention.
I have used a number of business lounges around the world and yours ranked very low. I paid £100 for 4 of us, which I now regret.
