On the website there are 2 choices of hot dishes. When we arrived there was only one choice of hot food & it was not very nice. There was a cold food section, which was very poor as there were only scraps of lettuce and nothing more. There was a sign up indicating that it was in the process of being replenished but we were in the lounge for an hour and this never happened. There were only 2 bread buns in the basket. The staff were not attentive and treated the guests as an inconvenience. A customer had to wait 5+ minutes at the unstaffed bar before he went to get his own bottle of beer. At that point a member of staff appeared and he asked for a bottle opener, she told him off for helping himself and walked off & didn't serve him. As the bar wasn't staffed this situation happened a few times. The lager ran out and wasn't sorted by the time we left to get our flight. All in all it was a very disappointing experience and I will never use the lounges again. It was a very poor and expensive experience and far from 'Executive'.
