I would like to begin by saying how disappointed I am to hear that our lounge has not lived up to your reasonable expectations and I would like to offer my personal apologies about this.
We are aware of the aircon at Luton and we have put measures in place with plenty of fans, Did you advise the lounge staff of yourself leaving?
We do appreciate all feedback, positive and negative, as this all goes a way towards improving the lounge experience for all of our customers.
