Paid for a group of 6 people for the executive lounge - for told we couldn’t all sit together so had to split up into 2 groups.
Asked if we could order a drink at the bar and got told we had to wait until they two members of staff had finished getting people in. After waiting around 20 minutes we got a drink, however there should be enough staff on at the time to get us a drink considering we paid for the service. The cold food such as pastries etc tasted stale and the selection of hot food was awful. Would not recommend.
