We went to the brand new lounge first. Sadly the waitress did not even know how to make a Bloody Mary. We also asked for vegetarian sausages (promoted on the website) and were told there were none available.
We then went to the older lounge. Again, we were told there were no vegetarian sausages, until a lovely member of the team said that a) there were and b) she would make a dedicated breakfast.
All in all, a potentially great experience marred by poor staff training and lack of organisation. Never again.
