our party of 4 used the lounge on the 13th August and quite frankly I was more than disappointed.
The lounge had obviously been overbooked as there was not enough seating consequentially the general "housekeeping" was failing badly and the provision of the usual buffet was inadequate.
I last used the lounge about 3 weeks ago and as the flight was departing early morning there was not a problem with seating etc., however the mens urinal was out of order on that occasion and still out of order on this visit.
The lounge is supposed to be a haven of rest before your flight, however given the last experience I doubt very much if I will be using the facility again.
