We had our terminal changed by our flight operator so therefor the lounge we booked also had to be changed!
Very disappointed with the lounge we were moved to and 'not even a discount' offered?
Very poor as we booked Aspire not Escape lounge due to view offered.
This has now made us question if this service is really worth the extra cost we pay. ☹
