The Aspire Plus lounge seems to be deteriorating over the past few years.
The food & selections are constantly being restocked & the help yourself to beers & wine options work well.
The frustration I found was if you wanted a spirit or sparkling wine then you were reliant on staff remaining in the bar. It appeared the aspire lounge was very busy therefore I am assuming staff for the aspire plus lounge were called in to there. This was the third visit in the lounge this year & the staffing levels seem to be a recurring theme.
