The Aspire lounge at Luton was we’ll situated and comfortable but the service wasn’t as good as other lounges we have used everything was self service even getting a gin & tonic, platters of cheese and ham were not replenished until they were completely empty and then customers had to stand around waiting this included the basket with the bread rolls.
There seemed to be plenty of staff but all they seemed to do was clear tables and put reserved signs on them even though the 3 hours we were there nobody sat at these tables.
