I was disappointed with the Aspire lounge at bhx this time.
There were no clean glasses readily available.
The chicken curry was also empty and I had to ask for it to be topped up which it was after about a 20min wait! I asked a staff member about the delay and was informed that you only have one microwave. When the curry was finally served it was barely warm...a total disappointment.
