We have used this lounge many times and have seen it double in size, however it has not been anywhere as good on the 3 occasions we have used it so far this year.i
Not enough staff to keep food etc fully topped up , clear tables etc when Lounge is full to capacity as it has been on the 3 times used this year!
Think staffing levels need to be looked at.
