Work is really needing done on both the booking system and the T&C's. I looked to book for my partner & daughter for a 15.30 flight to London but the system showed full (fair enough) but gave a booking option up until 13.45. I though ok I'll book that option to give them 3 hours prior and they can shop after 13.45 when they come out. When they arrived at 10.45 they were told they could only get three hours before their flight but said that time was full online, told to come back at 12.30 and they would see what could be done or a refund. When they got in there was no food, delays in anything coming out despite asking a few times and a general lack of interest. My point is an entry at 12.30 for a 15.30 flight does not give you 3 hours access as gates generally shut 40 minutes before a flight and you still have to queue so you in reality only get 2 hours. Bit disappinted that you cant actually pick a time that suits what you want to do (but can book it on line) unlike some other lounge providers so will be reviewing future providers carefully. We are booked again in October and hope for a more positive experience.
