Used lounge several times now but would need to see an improvement before considering using again, was there Saturday 15th September and there was no organisation, lack off staff, a small bowl of curry and one of macaroni to satisfy numbers the place could not manage, customers standing around the food counter waiting for it to be replenished, which was an extremely slow process.
It all started during the reception sign in where the gentleman that was on duty did not exactly welcome you with a smile, could see he was obviously stressed. There were huge queues for drinks where again the majority of the time there was only one person serving, again struggling to cope, In my opinion this was a case of the lounge taking in as much people as possible to take as much money as possible not interested in the customer in any way, pay good money to use the lounge and get very poor service, will unlikely be back again
