Sadly I thought it was extremely poor.
there were no plates for breakfasts and eventually we were asked to use saucers!
there was no cups for tea or coffee. all the table were full and once we had found a table we had to clean it ourselves as nobody came to assist for quite some time.
Time was forever spent standing up and waiting around for crockery. 5 of us paid especially for the lounge to start our journey in the most relaxed way possible. sadly it was far from it.
